What I'm Working On

This week I've been setting up Taomaker.com as my central content hub. The goal is to own my platform while sharing on social media.

I chose 11ty and Obsidian for the workflow—write in a great editor, publish automatically, no complexity.

What I Learned

The 11ty + Obsidian combo is even better than expected. I can:

• Write in Obsidian (my preferred tool)
• Use templates to start new posts quickly
• Have everything in Git for version control
• Deploy automatically to Cloudflare

All my content is portable Markdown. No lock-in.

What's Next

• Set up the Obsidian Git plugin for auto-sync
• Start writing weekly updates
• Begin drafting my first essay series on intermediate technology
• Test social media sharing workflows

The foundation is solid. Now it's time to create.
